Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Potio eU, Wallensteinstraße 56/8b, 1200 Vienna, email: potio.shop@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, except for the return shipping costs. Return shipping will be at your expense.

Exclusion of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection reasons (e.g. opened tea packaging/coffee beans).
